Our Service is based in central Phoenix, and we are proud to offer mobile photobooth rentals across the greater Phoenix area and beyond. Travel within 15-mile radius of central Phoenix is included in your rental fee. For events located beyond this range, a travel fee of $5 per mile applies for the additional distance, calculated both to and from your event location. Please feel free to contact us with your event address, and we'll provide an exact quote for any applicable travel fees.
The recommended booking timeline depends on the size of your event and the bundle purchased. Communication is key to making your big day as special as possible, so giving us ample time to prepare ensures the best results. For most events, one week of preparation is sufficient; however, larger or more customized setups may require additional time. In some cases, we may need to decline last-minute bookings to maintain our commitment to quality. The photobooth setup requires a minimum of a 10x10-foot space to accommodate the equipment and canopy. Depending on the time of day and the specifics of the event, we may require up to two 10x10 canopies to ensure all components are securely covered. Additionally, we provide an extension cord for power, but the setup requires access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance. This space allows for a professional and seamless experience for your guests while ensuring our setup operates efficiently and safely.
Yes, photo templates are customizable and included in most of our bundles. Basic templates that simply change names or event details are complimentary. However, for fully customized, hand-designed templates that include logos, images, or intricate details, there is an additional fee to cover the extra time and effort required to create these unique designs. We also offer customizable backdrops from the selection we have available, allowing you to tailor the look of your event. For the best experience, we recommend discussing your template and backdrop preferences well in advance to ensure everything is perfect for your big day!
Yes, digital copies of event photos are available for clients upon request. However, since it takes time to organize and process these files, there is a small additional fee for this service. We ensure that all digital copies are delivered in high quality, making it easy to share and relive the memories from your event.
Basic Digital Package: $25 for unedited, high-resolution photos.
Premium Package: $40-$50 for additional services, like basic edits or delivery in a custom USB drive.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients while maintaining fairness and professionalism.
Cancellations
-The deposit paid at booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled event, the full balance of the booking will be due.
Rescheduling:
-Events can be reshcedlued up to 14 days before the originally scheduled date without penalty, subject to availabiilty.
-If rescheduling occurs within less than 14 days, additional fees may apply depending on the new date and our availability.
